Can anyone tell me the correct/safe amount of milk thistle for liver detox for both adults and teenagers?

One of my teens is very petite, under 100lbs.

Thanks!

Many herbs are outlined here, including Milk Thistle. It's good to read all about it from several sources. This is an excellent place to begin.
