I went to a health food store and they recommended oregano oil capsules, garlic, and caprylic capsules, twice a day, with a big meal.

they said its good for bronchitis, asthma, and yeast/fungal infections.

I figure maybe take one each to start and see how I do.

ever heard of this combination?

I'm not even sure I have one. I have all the symptoms of yeast tho.

diflucan causes major herxes, like in can't function at all. dr absolutely refuses to prescribe it tho.

I've tried everythingfor si us and breathing problems but it all makes me worse.

i figured wth. can't hurt andmaybe I can breath better.

the woman said the oregano oil really helps her.

I would try one at a time since you react to stuff so easily.

You can also up the amount of mangosteen you are drinking. It will help too.

Yes, I have heard of using all of those. I would suggest you start SLOW.

Turtle SLOW. They all can pack quite a punch.

I'd also suggest doing only one at a time for a few weeks, so you know which one may be causing any side effects you might have.

Caprylic acid was way too strong for me. I couldn't tolerate it.

Yeast is a fungus.

Oil of Oregano has been a big help to my mom.

If you are superman or super woman, take all of them and see!

If you are only a mortal, just take one at a time, in low doses, then SLOWLY increase, and then prepare loads of binders!
