Hey guys, good evening. Anyone have any hopeful/good/positive stories about herxing after a terrible episode? Still new to this site! Thank you

You might do best to back off some of the things you are doing to help "recover" and prevent further herxheimer reactions from being too strong.

Your doctor should be made aware if the treatment is making you too ill or too uncomfortable for that can be counterproductive and is often really not necessary to suffer so.
