In other words, how much does taking bromalain with quercetin increase its absorption? Does anybody know?
When I google it, lot of articles come up saying bromelain helps the gut absorb quercetin better but none of articles say how much.
I'd like to get more antihistamine and anti-inflammatory effect from the quercetin I take, and am wondering whether it would be better to just take more quercetin, or whether it would be better to stick with the same amount of quercetin and just combine it with bromelain to absorb it better.
I'd also like to know, if you take bromelain with quercetin, how much bromelain do you take, and what strength gdu/or milk digesting units?
