Does anyone have thoughts on taking curcumin now? It was recommended to me, but I read that it might be best not to take it before the flu. I’m a little confused and think I should hold off to be safe.

I think it will HELP with a possible Cytokine storm, which is very dangerous.

I take it three times a day and will not stop, that is for sure.

many positive effects and taken daily by millions of people around the world for decades at a time with no known adverse effects.
it is also specific for reducing one of the key inflammatory chemicals produced in Lyme - MMP-9 i think ( but don't quote me - its from memory)
