Biotensor is really just a fancy name for bobber, which is a classic dowsing rod.

I was googling and searching while everybody was posting about their biotensors, and ended up on tribe.net. There was a fellow named Vernon who in the summer had offered to handcraft bobbers for some folks on there he was corresponding with. I contacted him and apparently ended up in his spam folder but eventually he found my email.

He handcrafted me a bobber. It's made out of rhodedendron wood or oak (I'm not sure which) for the handle which is a little bit curved to fit your hand well, an accelerator cable that is actually quite wonderful because its such a great, flexible, thick "wire", and a gold tip or cylinder(gold dust and willow dust put in it too). Whereas other bobbers seem to have a small nut or metal washer on it, his is a kind of small cylinder.

The bobber is fairly long (I think they need to be 14 inches to work?).

Vernon has apparently almost cured himself of a very serious illness. He tests with his bobber daily sort of like others on here do.

If you are interested in a handmade bobber from him, he asks for a donation. I don't know what he expects but he takes time to do it all on his own in a kind of spiritual way. I would suggest $30-40 donation.

I think I ended up with a great bobber. I know it's not a $300 bobber but with finances getting tighter and tighter and one of my regular sources of income temporarily suspended as the firm is on "life support" (ie may go out of business) because of the recent financial crisis, I am happy with this one.

I nicknamed it "Bob" of course.

I tested my green tea and it's not good for me because of pesticides. I'm still drinking it but need to go to the store with it and test other green teas.

Here is Vernon's email.

I hope you don't end up in his spam which I did for a few months I guess. This tool is so much better than a pendulum. I always disliked pendulums. This thing responds very quickly and definitively (although a "neutral" will just kind of hang there in the air, i.e. when I just can't get an answer either because my emotions are interfering or maybe the question needs to be rephrased). I wish I could post a picture but I don't really know how.

Oxy, that sounds great. I go to the store with my babytensor now most the time. I find most people are so self-occupied, they don't even notice as I swing my tensor over my left arm. I have stopped a few things getting into my shopping cart!

If "Bob" is too hesitant sometimes, getting some fresh air, a little arm swinging/raising, or drinking some mineralized water helps.

I cannot imagine living without mine.

Enjoy your helper!

Take care.
