A lot of us are dehydrated and might not realise it. Dehydration can cause some serious side effects including pain. Check out this site

Thanks for posting the correct link.

Betty,

One of the ways you can tell if you're hydrated is if your urine is clear. If you're taking B vitamins it can be yellow.

The info on the water cure gives some other methods to be able to tell you whether you are dehydrated. A lot of us are salt deficient as well(sea salt)

Actually, `clear urine' can be a sign of diabetes insipidus or other disorder..... ``Your urine should be a light lemonade color, not clear'', according to the website (unless you take B vitamins).

When you go to the webpage, near the top is a clickable link entitled `Critical Water Cure Information'...... click on that and it will take you to this menu. As stated, it is important that you read the `recipe' before doing it. There are some precautions and things to watch out for.

I'd already started adding Himalayan salt (or sometimes Real Salt) to my water and a few other things, so this thread certainly caught my attention at the perfect time. Thanks again, Gael. [Smile]

Wow, I prolly have more symptoms of dehydration than lyme!

Maybe these bart antibodies are really just left over from some long forgotten encounter with a kitten, cause my WBs have been less than convincing, band 41 once, zero bands the next time.

It really backs up a lot of the lymephotos stuff as well.

I drink alot of water at work cause the water cooler is just so convenient , and our soda machine rarely has anything without caffeine and tons of sugar in it, on weekends its not right there, so beer, 7up, root beer takes its place, may explain why mondays are always so bad.

The salt still seems a bit excessive but I have been brainwashed, with this whole low salt craze, but have recently really gotten into the planters sea salted peanuts and now I have no reason to feel guilty, I was thinking about going back to the unsalted ones, but after reading that, no way.

I may have to try adding some sea salt from the health food store, like I said I do drink a ton of water, but it doesn't seem to fully hydrate me, I'll experiment with very small amounts and see if I notice any change.

Maybe it really is the just like okams razor and the simplest solution is right in front of my nose, while I am just chasing shadows.

Thanks

It's TABLE SALT that's poison not sea salt. Sea salt is in a highly charged state, it is not static and will not store in your kidneys but pass through you as natural salts are meant to,
