I have made it through almost three weeks of andrographis and am up to four tablets daily (standardized ) . It is VERY strong , but I am ready to try the resveratrol and do not want to start making the capsules myself - YET .
Which brand and which dosage of the knotweed do you take and where do you buy it ? There are several brands and strengths and it is confusing .
I am on samento but will switch eventually to cat's claw . Which brand is best ?
Any suggestions are appreciated .
PS I am still amazed by the killing power of andrographis .

I think Buhner recommends Raintree's cat's claw. You can get it directly from Raintree on their web site.
I'm using Source Naturals Reservatrol. I think that's the brand Buhner recommended. I get it on lin from Vitacost.

I wouldn't go on andrographis without sarsaparilla, it's the only herb of core protocol that cleanses a lot.
Hopefully you won't collapse with toxins of die off. Knotweed is milder than andro for most people.

Is it the one with the detailed label written "Polygonum Cuspidatum"? In vitacost you can see the label scrolling under.
If yes, that should be the one. I guess mine was with a sort of pink design, 120 pills.

I tried SEVERAL brands in the beginning and didn't notice any difference from one to the other.
I mainly use Plum Flower Brand now. I find it to be "pure". I encapsulate my own. Many herbs are adulterated out there. I find the Plum Flower brand has the least adulteration on most of the herbs of what I have tried so far.

The 5:1 concentrate. BUT now I just got some whole herb and am going to try that for the next few months. MUCH cheaper and since I have been on for over 14 months now, I feel I can try different things without hurting myself any.
