Hi all
I am on the low fat and low sugar diet and I have goals on he max amount of fat and sugar a day..
But tracking has been something I do but I have not found the easiest way ..
Does anyone know of a good App for a smart phone where you input your diet and intake and it is used as s tool for logging and tracking the numbers for for as you input them?
There seems to be an App For everything and lots of exercise and diet tracking apps but which one is best for this and does anyone use one and can recommend.
Also I have a detox log and tracking tablet but I just write in like a journal and would love to find modifiable exercise and diet program app to use..
Any suggestions?

Thank you
I since posting been playing with My fitness pal
On iPhone and it let's you track all foods you eat every day and meal and you can even use bar code to scan in items and your personal database of foods it built or they have a huge searchable list too. It shows full nutritional values and adds them up daily and as day goes on. Including fats and calories and everything you see on a label Do it's working perfect so far Also you can add exercise in too of course but its a balanced app and customized by you and you of closures put in goals so you know where your at and how your doing
I tried about six apps and do far this one is most simple and gives the data inam looking for and tracks it like I want Lots of others do calories only do this one is great
Will look at the one suggested above too
Finding something easy when your struggling already is so important or we won't do it
The bar code scanning is so cool Even though inam cutting out processed foods and will barely use it here and thee it's still fun
Check it out
