Given that, since drugs can't kill it in the RBC's, you need a working

immune system to clear the bart.

The co-infections need to be treated first, as it is then "easier" to treat Lyme.

My son was taking Mepron, Zith, Omnicef, Tinidazole and Plaquenil.

Since Babesiosis recently came up negative on his IGENEX test, his LLMD stopped Mepron, Zith and Omnicef.

He added Rifampin and Doryx (a gentler form of Doxy)to treat Bart. My son continues to take Tini and Plaqu. Hope this helps.

I wanted to clarify that my son's Lyme disease is being treated right along with the co-infections.

They need to be "knocked out" first for a more effective treament, is what I was trying to say. Hope I didn't confuse you!

NO bart first. Bart worse. Try minocin good for bart AND lyme, but add a floro or bart will just be ****ed off. Erthos block bart killer flors.

I treated my Lyme first because my Bart didn't show up on Igenex.

I've had no major recurring Lyme symptoms while treating Bart (and I think high doses of zithro would bring it out).

Personally, I'm glad the Lyme part is out of the way...I think it was way more painful physically, and hopefully, longer in duration than Bart treatment. (Dr. B's protocol for Bart is 6-9 mos). I treated Lyme for over 2 years.

Only an experienced LLMD could really answer this question accurately.

Dr. Burrascano mentions in a video from a conference that long before LLMD's were aware of co-infections, they just kept treating LD and eventually people got well. The reason likely is because once LD is knocked out, the immune system can handle the co-infections.

I was treated for LD mainly first, then biaxin was added for bart, one year later according to my LLMD bart is gone. But Bicillin injections are what really knocked lyme down and made natural killer cells rise.

Jamescase20,

Not clear what you're trying to say regarding treating bart first or not. Also what does "erthos block bart killer flors" mean?

Thanks,
DL

I think he's referring to the fact the erythromycins can inhibit

the bart-killing effects of floroquinolones.

Treat both same time.
Also I have been thinking about making sure that the biofilm stuff that germs congrigate need to address that and also fibrin.
