I've tried everything to get rid of yeast infections. Probiotics, antifungals, diflucan, herbs, prescriptions, nothing works. I seem to constantly have one and can never have sex because of it and it's very frustrating. I was reading that infections and American diet can make the ph of our bodies more prone to yeast infections, has anyone heard of this, and is there an easy way to make the ph of our bodies optimum? I think our body is supposed to be alkaline but a woman's vagina should be more acidic.

Version 1 3 heads green cabbage, shredded in a food processor 1 bunch kale, chopped by hand (optional): 2 cups wakame ocean vegetables (measured after soaking), drained, spine removed, and chopped 1 Tbsp. dill weed
Version 2 3 heads green cabbage, shredded in a food processor 6 carrots, large, shredded in a food processor 3 inch piece ginger, peeled and chopped 6 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
To Make Cultured Vegetables 1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl
2. Remove several cups of this mixture and put into a blender.
3. Add enough filtered water to make a "brine" the consistency of a thick juice. Blend well and then add brine back into the first mixture. Stir well.
4. Pack mixture down into a glass or stainless steel container. Use your fist, a wooden dowel, or a potato masher to pack veggies tightly.
5. Fill container almost full, but leave about 2 inches of room at the top for veggies to expand.
6. Roll up several cabbage leaves into a tight "log" and place them on top to fill the remaining 2 inch space. Clamp jar closed.
7. Let veggies sit at about a 70 degree room temperature for at least three days. A week is even better. Refrigerate to slow down fermentation. Enjoy!
- - If you do not like some of the ingredients above, just make it with cabbage and carrots. I add dill to my "brine."

I had the same problem-till my gyn actually found out I had candida kruesii-which is resistant to diflucan, and many herbal antifungals. it is killed only by coptis (berberine). My chinese practioner gave me phellostatin-yeast no more (but the die off was horrible). Boric acid suppositories also make the vagina more acidic-you can make them cheaply at home

Definitely see a gyn to confirm yeast.
Group B Strep, normally non pathogenic, loves to take over after abx use.
It mimics yeast also, in every symptom. Even responds briefly to yeast creams and suppositories.
It is a tough one to get rid of.
Great product I love:
Renew Life VS probiotics (for vaginal health)
And New Roots Fem Flora Probiotic suppositories with boric acid.
Tried them all love these ones the best. Not affiliated with any company.
Also, Rephresh is a good product to make things more comfortable temporarily.
