I just took my first half-dose (75mg) of generic Clindamycin and experienced heart palpitations (or "jumps", not sure of the lingo here and how to properly describe). I get the same Rx sometimes from Zith, but not from Biaxin.
Guys, if this has to do with the Q/T heart stuff, I'm not taking any more! Have any of you experienced this with clinda.? If so, does adding extra Mg help?

Yes'm to the Babs question, Tutu. LLMD says it's good for Lyme as well. (I know there are debates about that, but that's another story for another time...)
I don't *think* it's b/c of Babs herxing b/c I've never had this symptom before with other Babs or any other meds (except Zith). No issues with Biaxin/Mepron whatsoever, and they did in fact bring my titers down some, so I know for sure they were doing something to Babs.
No, I haven't gotten the quinine script filled yet. I am a chicken poo and do one thing at a time, then add in the next portion of whatever cocktail a few days later.

I take oral clindamycin and do not experience any hart palpitations. But we're all different, and you have to pay attention to your reaction.

Lymetoo, no, nothing there BUT when I did a google search, it did come up as "possible" (not "probable") on a couple of other lists. I'm going to place a call in to my doc today. I just had a bubble test performed not too long ago and a few bubbles did go through (indicated minor regurgitation), so need some guidance here I think.
