in the palms of my hands all these nasty bumps, more pronounced when I take a shower.

does it itch? Does it get scaly?

I have similar bumps on the sides of my fingers. I think it's viral related.

bumping up. No idea, but you can go to a dermatologist and see what they say! Might get a biopsy done to find out exactly. I'm still thinking "viral" for some reason. It seems like I've had that before, and on my hands too. Loooong ago.

Looks like the same thing that popped up on my palms a couple of months ago. They went away after a week or so. Weird!

I think I heard that viruses sometime leave the body in this manner - that seemed most logical to me.

Perhaps it was a reaction to some your meds? Can I ask what you are taking? Maybe it was the same as me?
