I take my chlorella with my vitamins. Not sure if this is correct.

I just read (skimmed) this whole book -- free to do on the web... not even an email address required: http://www.chlorellafactor.com/
I didn't find an answer to whether chlorella should be taken with food or with other vitamins. I have always taken chlorella after a meal... and after vitamins. Away from them.
I was thinking if it sops up metals it will sop up nutrients... I may be dead wrong too.
Looking for some input on this one.

Chlorella and other binders should be taken 1/2 hour before meals and at bedtime.

Do you think it's okay to take close to other supps and probiotics? For instance I always take probiotics before going to bed. Do you think they can be taken together?
Many thanks:)

Great link GiGi... more Dr. K info. There are tons of articles there I have never seen before! I don't know if my brain can handle any more... I really need to detox.
