Topic: Will they not be able to tell I take abx, urine test, sleep study

I'm having my sleep study tonight, and leaving in about 2 hours, so I would appreciate any opinions anyone has.
I didn't tell my sleep specialist (the doctor) that I am being treated for Lyme, so that I wouldn't be judged, etc.
So I told them I am on no medications, except Lunesta. The rest are antibiotics--Tindamax, Bactrim, Doryx.
Anyways, I think I read that they will do a urine test after the sleep study to be sure there is nothing in my system that could affect the study.
So I'm assuming I don't need to worry about the antibiotics being found?
Also, I know they will ask me again tonight if I am on anything. I should just say no, right?
I took my "morning" doses of my antibiotics, more towards early afternoon today. I am planning on skipping my dose tonight (or should I take that now before I leave?) and my dose tomorrow morning (I'll be staying all day tomorrow too for the Narcolepsy test).
So I would be skipping 2 doses if I don't take my pills now before leaving. Do you all think that is okay? I'm thinking it is. I'll be able to take my next dose around 5 PM tomorrow, when my husband picks me up.
I didn't want to bring my antibiotics with me, because then I'd obviously have to mention I take them, etc.
I just wanted to see if you guys think this is a good plan?
Also, I do Bicillin...I hope the techs won't see the lumps and wonder what they are.
Anyways, if anyone has any advice on how I could better handle this issue, please let me know. Right now I'm just gonna say I don't take anything.
There's no way they would find out, right? It would just cause a lot of undue stress.

Can't you just skip the antibiotics during the testing? It will simplify things a bit.

I had a sleep study done years ago and they did a blood test.
If I recall right, all they checked for were things like amphetamines, or things that could alter sleep. I'm not sure how they could find antibiotics, or to be more exact, why they'd even bother to look for them after a sleep test.
Why didn't you just sort of be vague regarding your Lyme treatment instead though? Instead of saying you aren't on antibiotics, say you are on them, but leave out the part of how long exactly you have been taking them? I usually just give the vague answer of 'a couple of months', and rattle off some non-lyme things too: 'spotted fever, typhus, ehrlichia, bartonella'-- then docs/nurses don't comment on the Lyme or antibiotics, but give worried looks and say to stay out of the woods, etc.

Funny, I've never had any lab work done for the 7-8 sleep studies they've done. Where are ya'll going to get these weird ones done? lol.
