When I get up from the floor like from a kneeling position and go to a standing position I get so dizzy I just about pass out (actually did pass out last night). It's been going on for several months but I can't remember if I had this before my EM or not.
It's possible it's all the meds I'm on but I thought I'd ask. Does anyone else have this in relation to the Lyme?

- As you say: "It's been going on for several months" what does your LLMD have to say about this?
A tilt-table test may be in order to rule out or diagnose NMH (neurally mediated hypotension) but there are many other reasons this could be happening.
I passed out hundreds of times, before and after dx. But, yes, the meds can exasperate the problem. With or without meds, syncope (fainting) is fairly common with lyme. Its usually not just one cause - or one system - but a combination, an overload and the body is pushed far beyond what it's able to do at that time.
I assume your self-care was all in order regarding blood sugar, getting the right amount of some sea salt, etc. If overheated, that can drastically affect the likelihood of fainting.
Check the literature from the mfg. of ALL meds and OTC products to see of any affect QT rhythm or lower blood sugar or lower blood pressure.
There is a wealth of help here - look for Hypoperfusion, NMH, POTS, QT syndrome posts (terms are defined there): ------------------------
