i am taking a ton of vitamins and have read where some are crucial to helping lyme.
but are there some that are absolutely a must?
i take:
fish oil calcium c magnesium multi msm/glucosamine l-carnitine l gluththiane hair/skin/nails b complex cat's claw resveratrol coq10
plus i'm taking theralac/critical care/spb8 and s. boulardi every day.
can too much be detrimental?
