Does anybody else feels better after a bowel movement?

I tend to feel better after that. What is the cause?

EVERYone does. Literally, it is dumping toxic waste - and it's no longer being reabsorbed. It's a good thing. It should happen 2 - 3 times a day. Yes, 2 - 3 times a day.

High fiber diets are very helpful in so many ways. A colon that moves helps a brain to think.

I guess that's why some refer to it as "taking a dump"! [Big Grin]

Seriously ditto to this and all the replies about eliminating toxins.

Have you ever gotten a colonic? It's a massive removal of toxic waste! I'm a big fan since I'd never have gotten through many of my treatments (esp Flagyl!) w/o those weekly sessions.

Important to go somewhere professional and reputable, ideally trained & certified by I-ACT.
