Okay, so my bones keep cracking. Everything! My neck, my wrist, my back, my hips, but most importantly my knees.

Even when walking my knees are clicking. I hate it! I can't belly dance anymore. Well, not as much as I want to because every time I dance my knees start cracking, and it hurts. Do any of you get this? And if so, is there anything that's helping with it?

Hahaha Canefan.

@ Derek, I am sugar free, gluten free, and soy free.
I haven't tried glucosamine, but I am getting very annoyed with this, it is not allowing me to dance for as long.

This is so complex. What do you have for sure? Magnesium is always mentioned in a good light, lots of water. Im still not under a dr yet, last one said I had ehrchliosis and never had lyme. He lied to me Iwas told and treated me with alist of meds from seizure-epilepsy, depression, lidocaine patches, oxycodone and some other crap. Keep dancing and find a LLMD!!

My entire spine would crack CONSTANTLY...sounded like bubblewrap. At one point I could press on my belly and my back would crack. Any slight movement and my spine would cruuuuunch.

Since started abx, this has lessened about 50% . It is so much better, but not gone.

Hmmm...I didn't know this was a lyme symptom. My bones have cracked all my life. When I get up in the morning or after sitting for a little, it is a constant sound track...my toes, ankles, knees, hips, back neck, wrists, literally everywhere!!

I guess I haven't really minded it. Sometimes it brings a little relief but then hurts later.

I hope you can get back to dancing the way you want to!!

I had greatly increased snapping, cracking and popping after starting abx. My LLMD told me it is caused by inflammation. When I use herbal anti-inflammatories it goes away so he was right at least for me.

boswellia helps, but it takes a month or so to even begin to make a difference.

I took it for a while, finally got about 80% of what glucosamine did for me and the local supplier ran out of stock. By the time he got more in, I'd moved on to other things.

Just might try it again to see if it helps now.

I stand with my back against my boyfriend's front, have him slide his arms under my armpits and then lift and shake me gently, all while arching his back.

My cracking started after taking antibiotics. My knees, ankles and back. I'm hoping this is a long term herx (all of this is the bugs being prodded and smacked around). :-)
