When people talk about using "binders" that contain fiber, which do people like? I hate psylium and am allergic to it. Can I eat high fiber foods and will that accomplish the same thing?
Thanks
(see also post on binders which I'm going to bump to the top).

I just read that Dr. K recommends apple pectic for fiber (binder). He recommends other things too but that's one that I take in my Amazing Grass greens and it seems to be helping.
