So everything I see about Raynauds says that warm water should help the coloring return to normal. However, I am the opposite.

My hands might look fine and the I go to wash them and they turn this deep purple and hurt. This also happens with my feet some.

Now I do have POTS stuff so my feet turn purple other times too but that is different and I can tell the difference.

Does anybody else get this or know about it?

I don't think you're describing Raynaud's. When I have it, my fingers turn white, then purple/blue, then red. Warm water does make them better, but it takes awhile to get them back to normal.

It's very painful when they go from white to purple.

I've never been officially diagnosed with Raynaud's, but I've had the exact same issue as Lymetoo in my hands, although my white often looks a bit yellow.

Thankfully I've only had a couple instances when this happened but they each took awhile to clear up and my hands were very painful. My husband describes it as looking like I dipped my finger tips into grape juice.

My family was a little freaked out when my fingers turned white!! (I wasn't too happy either!) .. but yeah, yellowish too .. since it's mixed with the color of our skin.

My hands and feet turn a reddish purple when I put them in warm water. Also what feels like warm water to the rest of my body feels scalding hot to my hands and feet.

At normal temperatures my hands are usually a purple/blue color and feet are a blue/purple/grey color. They feel cold to the touch but I don't sense it.

I've been told that this is all due to autonomic dysfunction.

Well, I will get some weird time of mostly my palms turning white but not my whole fingers like I saw pictures of.

My main thing is they turn purple under warm water. And it hurts so badly!!
