So I'm on malarone/doxy/zith and ART

lately, every morning I get this wave of fatigue and I have to go back to bed. My muscles feel very week-I have a burning/achy feeling in my thighs, bottom of my legs (along the whole shin bone) and it is hard just holding a book to read-my shoulders hurt

I am also short of breath-not sure if that's because my POTS is bad in the morning

I'm starting week 7 of abx-week 4 of malarone

Is this herx from lyme, babs or who know what else

The fatigue is overwhelming (also got my period again today-lovely)

i dont know what it is, but if it IS a herx, shortness of breath is a big symptom of Babs, and babs symptoms might be flaring since you are now treating it.

Dont hesitate to call your DR and ask him!
