I don't want to depend on diflucan. I can't handle anything with garlic. Any ideas? Brands you like?

I use Candex as instructed. This is by far the most helpful thing I have found outside of meds.

Nystatin. I take 2 500,000 pills 2x / day
Grapefruit Seed Extract. I take 1 250mg capsule 2x / day. It is also though to be a lyme cyst buster.
Oil of Oregano: I take one capsule 2x / day
Olive Leaf Extract: Ditto.

I use yeast-targeting enzymes like Candizyme and Candex (rotated) along with a yeast killer like grapefruit seed extract, oil of oregano, caprylic acid, etc. It seems to do the trick.

All of the above are great choices. The only other one I have to add is Allimed. It's garlic but it doesn't leave you with the odor that something like Zhang Allicin does.
