i guess people with lyme have trouble losing weight. has anyone found out why this is and anyhting that helps with it?

Actually, it's either they have trouble losing weight, or they have trouble keeping weight on.

I've been told that if you have trouble losing weight and there are no other contributing factors (i.e. poor diet and lack of movement), you may want to have your adrenals checked.

how would I have my adrenals checked though? like an ACTH test or just a cortisol test? I got one a.m. cortisol test that was normal. i think if your adrenals werent working properly that doctors would give you a steroid like cortisone right? and that is bad for lyme
