I have my 1 month follow up yesterday with my new llmd and they had back my igenex lab results.
So as it turns out I am IGM positive for babs bart and RMSF.
My LLMD suspects I was reinfected because IGM is the sign of a new infection.
I cant imagine that I was bitten again didnt know about it again and got reinfected to me this seems highly unlikely. Also we are coming off the winter months and I rarely go outside anyway.
Anyone have any other possibilities for being IGM positive or do you think reinfection? Thanks

No, it can also mean the old infection. Your body is making new antibodies-there is an explanation somewhere

interesting... my llmd said it was definitely new so this is interesting what would make it make new antibodies? I did a search and was reading some stuff on here too.
