I have a used Rife machine but only have a few directions. I have a friend that is willing to learn this if I can get him something to study.

I couldn't begin to try to comprehend the complexities of the frequencies.

Plus it sounds scary. Like I might fry myself! lol Then again this may be way more simple to use then it seems.

Thanks!

I would suggest buying Bryan Rosner's book: Lyme and Rife Machines.

Rifing is very simple. ( If it were difficult, I wouldn't be doing it!! ) [Wink]

Thanks TuTu, I found it for $27.00 used. Still a lot of money...still looking.

I also appreciate you telling me that you consider it fairly simple...makes me feel more at ease about it.

Don't worry. It won't fry you. It needs to be respected. Start slow with what ever illness bothers you most. Start by noticing exactly what symptoms you are having at that moment and how sever e they are then rife for 1 rife frequency from the list on line(search google for cafl. Stop after 3 minutesand then notice how you feel see if new symptoms have surfaced. Keep records. The next day if no herx then increase to two frequencies.

What I noticed was that if I was very observant the first symptoms would go away but other familliar symptoms would surface. Almost like I chased the bartonella back and then the Lyme surfaced. then the babesia would pop up if I rifed for babesiosis. As long as I followed the symptoms and hit a few frequencies for each illness that popped up including herpes and HPV etc then I didn't herx, even if I rifed for 45 minutes. If I just did frequencies for Lyme then I wouldn't sleep for days as the co-infection was more in charge and caused insomnia. I had the sense that these infections are all fighting to feed on me and the one that is feeding is the one causing the current symptoms. The one feeding seemed to be the one that was strongest.
Be careful and write everything you do down with the response. Their are dozens of frequencies and each person may respond to different ones.

I have not read Rosners book. I ordered it from his web site a year ago and it never came in the mail. So I just started experimenting. I'd still like to get the book, and I wonder if anyone else has seen the same effect of different illnesses surface as you rife for each one. I'd love to hear others experiences. My friend with Lyme had the same experience when she used my rife machine as well. It really helps you see what is going on and to feel some power over the problems.

I would just turn it on, set it to a frequency for Lyme or whatever you are targeting and run it for two minutes to begin with.

Some good Lyme frequencies are 612 Hz, 2016 Hz, 432 Hz.

A good Bart frequency is 832 Hz.

I would run one frequency to begin with, see what your response is and adjust the time accordingly.

Your machine is relatively low powered so you cannot really do any real harm, unless you run it so long you get a monster herx.

Start slow and you will learn as you go.
