I think it individual to the person. I know people who have been helped with each. For my daughter, Rifampin was too strong - she couldn't handle the herxes. A-Bart didn't do anything for her - but our LLMD/LLND have had good results with other patients. For her Bar-1 has been really good. She's been on it for several months. It took a long time to work up to the max dosage and she is currently having no Bartonella symptoms, except a few lingering, striations on her back.
Her Bartonella symptoms were very bad when she was her sickest.
