I am asking for a friends what people are using a babs to treat.

Is is babesia or lyme or something else?

also what were you told the maxium dose should be? how were your herxes?

A-Bab is for Babesia. You should try to work up to 15 drops twice per day. If you herx you are supposed to continue that dose for awhile. When you plateau then you need to increase the dose again.

20drops twice per day is the challenge dose. If you tolerate it well for several days then it is time to move on to another formula.

I did not have a noticeable herx or symptom improvement with A-Bab. Others seem to have a very strong response to it.
