I don't think the doctors office considers anything over 98.6 abnormal. But, because my temp. is always way under normal, I feel like anything over 97 is fever for me.

Mine comes and goes. Not sure what it means, but that's my experience.

I went to the doctor for follow up Monday. I had been fighting a infection in my right nasal, ear, root canal and bad bad throat.

So at 99 randi, I do believe you have a fever. What is we are suppose to do? Starve a cold? Feed a fever? Or the other way around? You immune system must sence danger. That sounds like a good thing.

Been using the rife for strep and staph week before, had it licked and back it come again.

I had been running fevers (?) for 2 weeks. Outbreaks of seating around my head/hair line. My hair was staying damp. I asked for temp and it was 95.9.

As I told the doc.....you feel like your running a fever and it's 95.9. Seriously. Anybody that runs these type of body temp is not and will not get well.

He agreed and just assured me that my immune system doesn't have a clue what it's suppose to be doing. He jokingly told me he could send me to another one of those fancy doc with those big long titles and they could treat me?

I laughed, he laughed. I did tell my PCP....do not give me any abx unless I'm laying in hospital bed dying. He told me that was good to know and he might give me abx if he thought I was on deaths door.

I'm so blessed to have this great person, medical degree (not dum dum degree) to help me all these years. What an angel he's been in my journey.

People might think why is so great if he couldn't cure me? There's not a cure. He and I did our absolute best with the abx cabinet and it just didn't work.

I have explained my journey and tx protocol to him and he supports me. He's there if I need anything along the way.

How blessed thou are!

Pam

When I herx my temps are always around 99.4 - 99.8, so a low grade fevers. But for some people 99 is their normal body temp.

Even when I was a small child, my normal body temp was 98. There was a note on file with the nurse that said they were to call my Mom if my temp hit 99. Using this logic, sounds like most definitely a fever, provided you are not sitting in the heat without air conditioning. And you actually feel feverish. Our temps do go up during the day, so you need to take that into consideration when applying the 'always' rule.
