Ramp up in quantity of drops very slowly. I'm up to 11 drops but this took me almost over 2 months. Actually, I started back in April but had to take a break because I got really sick.

I just started ABab as well, although my Babs test was negative. My LLMD is testing to see how I react to ABab to try and rule in/rule out Babs. (Had some minor night sweats) I'm usually aggressive and have been ramping up quickly. I've been adding 1 drop per day for 10 days. I have noticed that my head feels a bit more pressure and I'm a bit more unbalanced, but not too bad.
What was your Herx like. I'm trying to see if my changes are a mild Herx of if perhaps I don't have Babs and the ABab isn't really doing anything.
Also, if you don't have Babs, but take ABab, will your body react in some way or will you have no reaction at all, if you don't have the co-infection.

wow, JayS, thats a fast ramp up. i increase by 1 drop per week.
I don't know the answers to your questions. But if you're ramping up that quickly and only experiencing "mild herxing" I'd guess you may only have a mild case of Babs or something in there is making a different infection mildly react.

My herxes for a-bab feel like a horrid headache that turns into something very similar to a sinus headache. Fortunately, advil and claritinD take this pain away.

I'm getting headaches, achiness, dental pain, hotflashes, and fatigue. Taking 5 drops in the am and 5 in the pm. My doctor wants to take 10 in 2 weeks.
