I am detoxing from yeast and heavy metals. How long does this take. Is it possible for symptoms to worsen before gettingng better?

(gig, doc k i think would be interested in the modified alginate complex, as it holds onto metals in the gut much longer than chlorella)
and they reccommend you treat for months with this before having ANY chelators such as chlorella or ala, certainly DMPS or EDTA.. i agree with this for anyone just starting out or very sensative to metal issues.
this product SAVED me during an accidental metal poisoning while doing a detox.
it soaks up all metal poisons in the gut, which can make severe neuro symptoms feel better quickly.
bentonite clay and psyllium will do the same, with a little activated charcoal. i'm not sure which is better, just that allot can be absorbed safely, and you suffer the least symptoms, by binding it in your intestinal tract.
in fact, that's all i do for metal detox, and have been doing it for several months. that and bentonite footclay baths. (LLmagnetic clay) .. but they move metals a great deal as well, so also to be used carefully.

Hi Sandim, what is it that you do for detoxing?

I'm on a ton of supplements from my doctor. Also I've changed my diet. Feeling terrible.

Changing diet and taking stuff for detoxing is 2 times tough on your system. But are you drinking enough? And how about glutathion and selenium, necessary for detox?
Ususally when things get worse that means that you are freeing toxins in the body without the right material to eliminate. Think of Vitamin C, selenium and glutathion. NAC. Clay, charcoal, water, water, water.

Take binders, don't wait for doctors to give you.
If you take binders, you can kill faster and improve much faster.
No binders, you go snail speed, if not going backwards a few steps when the situation gets horrible.

I'm in a pickle myself with a similar situation. Was given cholestyramine to bind biotoxins but felt sicker and wasn't able to move bowels well. Was told to increase magnesium to help move bowels but I started feeling super jittery at the amount that was starting to move my bowels so I had to stop CSM and am back to square one at the moment. At the latest appt. we decided yeast and metals are a huge issue at the moment. LLMD said I may have to do colonics?...whatever that is (haven't looked into it yet).

Tickled, Your solution is coffee enemas. I am a week into CSM protocol and do one first thing in the morning 20 mins after first dose CSM. Works in too ways , clears you out and promotes bile production for the CSM to bind.

Ugh, coffe enemas sound kinda icky. There's gotta be another way.
I'm drinking coffee right now for that effect. I want to give it up but can't for that reason.
