I could really use support right now.

And prayer.

I feel like I am being kicked and whipped all over!

It feels like people are stomping on me.

I know how you feel. I go to a pain clinic. Regular docs don't feel comfortable managing pain meds anymore. Try a pain specialist if you can find one. It's really helped me with my pain.
I have neuropathy, joint and muscle pain and head pain and pressure. The neuro pain is the worst for me.

Missing,

so sorry. This is all because of the mold and will get worse. You need to take action.
I know it is hard to believe but it is not lyme
or something, it is the mold.

Mold is a poison and adding pain meds and more chemicals is not a good idea.

It will be worse and you can get paralyzed and then not able to just run and leave this place.

Once you are out your brain can work again and things look easier and you can find solutions.
Many people had your problem, you are not alone.

Maybe your doc will prescribe you neurontin. This has really helped me in addition to pain meds.

I am on a dose of 300mg 3x daily. you have to work your way up to this, but it has really helped me.

I'm so sorry about your pain. it's so hard to feel this way.I've been there.

Another thing that has really helped me with pain is Boneset tea. I buy it in bulk - very cheap, good for babs. look on buhners planet thrive website for sources. I have found Boneset tea helpful with babs symptoms. it sure makes me break out in a sweat, but i guess that's good.

Missing, I hope you are working on finding a doctor who will give you some pain meds. Don't give up - if an office turns you down, just call the next one.

Thanks everyone.

I just talked to my old doctor, she said that if I go to to many doctors to find help, they will just think that I am an addict.

SHe also said to try the doctors on the list that she gave me.

What does she think I am doing? ARRRRGGGG and isn't that contradicting yourself.

Anyways! I take 3 x 1200 mg of neurontin! and 150 mg of amytriptaline for the pain.

YES, I believe mold is horrible, and the insurance guy is going to come and look at it.

We are spraying the mold down with this special mold spray until he can get here.

I hope that will help.

Oh yes, I forgot about tea. I used to drink YERBA MATE tea!!! It works miracles. I am going to get some today.

I will also try your tea.

I tried SAM-E last night and I got severe stomach cramps from it. I will cut the pill in half and see.

I have backed down my dose of ABX for now, because I think that that is also making the pain worse.

I would love more ideas about how to deal with the pain.

IS there any online pharmacies that would give me something that is non-narcotic?

I know zopiclone works great for my pain, and I have seen a online pharmacy that orders it, but I am worried that it is a fake pharmacy with fake meds!

If the meds are counterfiet then they could be filled with some type of ingredient that could poisen me, or maybe it is filled with nothing, and it won't work.

Thanks for your help.

I am open to more suggestions.

IF I don't eat during the day, then the pain is somewhat fine.

I also heard that our cells memorize everything, so I need to ween myself of of the narcotics. Maybe my pain is just memorized, and not even real anymore.

I am mad at my doctor for prescribing me narcotics! SHe hadn't even prescribed me neurontin or amytriptaline yet, and she just handed me sripts for the narcs. I hate this! yikes!

Flexerol really helps me also. If find that if I take a 1/2 of a muscle relaxant as needed up to 3 x daily it helps. I also find that anxiety makes it worse. And, of course you're going to feel anxious when your in so much pain so try to keep that down with herbs if needed. L-tyrosine, b6, adrenals, l-theanine, all help anxiety.

Also, you may want to try taking adrenal herbs or even isocort. When our adrenals don't work properly, they don't make the cortisone, and cortisone helps with pain.

I was on narcs first before neurontin. Adding the neurontin has helped me.

Try Low Dose Naltrexone. It boosts your endorphins which helps with inflammation and pain. The endorphins also energize your immune system. You should get it compounded at a pharmacy that knows hot to make it correctly. Look up the LDN site. Any doctor can give you a script.

Take Alpha Lipoic acid for detoxing. It is one of the most powerful antioxidant there is. It is also powerful for reducing neuopathy. Some of you pain may be nerve related and ALA should help.

Methionine is also helpful to reduce pain. I took it with lysine, ALA, cysteine and acetyl L carnitine. It is the precursor to glutathione.

Vitamin D to help support your immune system.

Maybe you could visit someone to get out of your moldy home. I hope you find a remedy soon. You sound miserable.

I found with meds through the years for "fibromyalgia" that I would get acclimated to any one of them and then their dosage would go up.

So I hit upon the plan of having a couple different ones to rotate through, dropping out some while taking others so their dosages would stay low.

And explaining that to the docs, that that was the best plan to pursue - no addiction, just to keep the dosages low enough.

I had no trouble with addiction except for valium, which I will not do because it, of all the ones I did, was the only addicting one for me.
