LLMD said she doesn't like using acid-reducing meds because stomach needs acid. I totally agree, however, seems like all H. pylori treatment requires omeprazole, Zantac, etc.
Can H. pylori be eradicated without reducing stomach acid?
I will be taking clarithromycin and amoxicillin for 3 months...also treating lyme.

I don't think any acid blocker helps with anything but the symptoms of an H-Pylori infection. They did not help my symptoms at all.
There are antibiotics to clear the infection. Some people use Manuka Honey to cure it, but I have never tried it.

Yes, I am on the correct antibiotics to clear H. pylori...Clarithromycin and Amoxicillin, just no omeprazole.
Sounds like abx will clear H. pylori without it.
