I've been using my GB4000 rife machine for 8 1/4 years, and i am vastly grateful to it for keeping me alive and pretty well.
During the winter i was using it every day, varying from an hour to 2 hours or half an hour, mostly on Lyme and Candida frequencies. Every week or so i ran Babesia and Bartonella frequencies, 20 minutes on Babesia and 9 or 14 minutes on Bartonella.
Every week or two weeks or even three weeks i would run H pylori frequencies for one hour minimum, or longer if i have time.
If i have extra time i would run sometimes Herpes simplex frequencies, or toenail fungus.
For the last couple weeks when i didn't have much time for rife treatments, i substituted PE-1: 5 or ten minutes of red light treatment on my forehead once or twice a day.
I was amazed how well the PE-1 works. I haven't run Candida rife frequencies the whole two weeks, and no identifiable gut problems. I have not too many head symptoms, (just the usual wooziness) and i am able to skip rife treatments for about 3 days in a row.

Someone asked me if i have a MOPA, if i use nosodes, and which treatment i prefer, GB4000 or PE-1.
The answers are: No, i do not have a MOPA, just a plain GB4000. I was content with it, i felt it was good enough as is.
No, i do not use nosodes. I put the PE-1 directly onto the skin of my center forehead. It wakes me up and enables me to get through the day without feeling too bad.
As to choosing which treatment i prefer---- the GB4000 is the essential one. It's so widely effective, killing so many different kinds of microbes. The PE-1 i think is more of a booster, that fills in if i don't have time for a rife treatment. That's my guess.
The GB4000 is a fantastic resource. I'm so lucky to be alive in decades that coincide with GB4000 or rife machine availability.
Can you imagine if the Chinese got ahold of this rife machine idea? They'd be widely available, but you wouldn't know whom to trust and they might not work!

been using the Spooky2-XM generators for a while and they're awesome.
i think for those bit by ticks that have lyme and co-infections if you're going to rife them out of existence the below are the minimum areas you need to treat to get full coverage, at least to me )
Lyme Bartonella Babesia Mycoplasma Toxoplasma Helio pylori Small and Large Parasites
maintenance runs are critical you never know how these little bastards are trying to make a comeback

Been using a GB4000/MOPA setup for the last 3.5 years. I attribute a great deal of my recovery to it. Treating Lyme frequently, every day as mentioned above, has been the key to success for me.

I have both the GB4000 and Spooky 2. The GB4000 seems a lot easier for me to use because directions are more straight forward. But the advantage of Spooky is (besides the price) once you know what you are doing, you can be hands free and rifing while doing other things.
I love GB4000 but you need to have your hands holding rods and feet on pads as well. So you are sitting the entire time you are using it. It is very easy to program and use, though. And I am sure it has helped me as well!
I would be interested in hiring someone to teach me the proper way to use the Spooky 2. It seems like you need a degree in engineering to understand the proper way to use it!

dbpei : i attach the steel electrodes with rubber bands to my wrists or lower arms, thus leaving my hands free. I can use my hands, even if they have cords attached. So does that mean that the electricity would not go downwards into my hands? Does that mean that my hands are an untreated zone, a safe zone for microbes? What is the flow pattern for the electricity?

I think i answered my own question about putting the electrode rods on the lower arms---- I think the electricity does NOT go backwards into the hands, rather going forward towards the feet and the outbound electric cords.
I think this because i notice that i seem to have a distorted thumb, so i suspect lyme arthritis. So for one day i've been treating my thumb for lyme with fast results, feels better.
I can attach with rubber bands the electrode rod onto the back of my hands. It works ok. I do art drawings while rifing so i didn't want to get them wet, but i see now that i can draw anyway, not getting the paper wet.

I especially hit 752 and 923 for Trichophyton rubrum, since my toenails do look reddish at times, but i;m just guessing.

I asked about lyme frequencies because i run a lot in the 6000's, and i am wondering if this is hitting lyme? or something else?
When my goal is to run a lyme treatment, for an hour or less, i always feel better if i include frequencies in the 6000's, and i don't feel well enough treated unless i include frequencies in the 6000's.
Do other people have the same reaction?

Have you heard about this book "Sick" by Porochista Khakpour?
I saw a review about how ill she is with lyme, and immediately sent her an email describing my GB4000 rife machine treatment that keeps me mostly well and definitely functioning.
It's been 2 days, but i haven't heard back from her. Maybe a hundred or a thousand people sent her advice emails?

My thumb treatment is going very well, now that i am attaching the metal electrodes to the back of my hands instead of to the wrists.
Appparently this left my thumb untreated for 8 years, until i finally noticed some arthritis.
Now that it is being treated, it feels much better and i can stretch the thumb out more like normal, instead of being pulled inward. It often itches, a sign of healing i assume.
So for 8 years the hands apparently were a reservoir of infection.
Now are the fingers a reservoir of infection? or does the electric current do a backwater around the fingers? I wish i had a rife doctor!

Do you need to be under the care of a doc when starting out on Rife? My LL isn't allowed to suggest it, but I asked about it and all she said was yes it's fine to do it.
