I am currently taking this multi-vitamin.

http://www.iherb.com/Ortho-Molecular-Products-Alpha-Base-Capsules-with-Iron-240-Capsules/30417?at=0

I am looking to take in approximately the same "dose" but would like to forgo the 8 pills per day.

What multi-vitamin do you take? I am 32 yrs of age.

I like Thorne Research brand "Basic Nutrients IV". They recommend taking 3-6 capsules per day. I take 3. It seems to be very complete compared to many other brands. I also like that they tend to use the active most absorbable forms of the vitamins.

Check it out here:

I usually purchase it at iherb.com, i'm sure you can find it other places on the web.

My oldest son is away at college and I got him a multiple vitamin called ADAM from Swanson's. It covers so much and he takes one twice a day. So far he is cold and flu free.

BAM - Beyond Any Multiple was given to me by my doctor. I buy it from her, don't know if it's available elsewhere.
