Weak muscles in arms, hands, face, legs. Some muscle areas are tender to touch like hips, forearms, under thumbs on palm. I have pitting edema on shins and hands that are dusky, pinky-blue, but light and when I get cold, they become like putty and skin doesn't spring back.
Any ideas what co-infection this sounds like?

I have very similar symptoms -- I should say, I have had them much worse than I do now.
For me treating for bartonella and babesia is what helped.
I do not think that the symptoms of one particular bug can be teased out as cleanly as most LLMDs suggest. I think, based on my own responses, that the bugs play together in some nasty mix -- and that that mix, specific to the individual, is what is responsible for the huge variety of symptoms we see.

Pitting edema is usually a sign of a circulatory issue -- so I would generally say that is more likely to be related to bart or babs. But it can also be due to lack of minerals such as potassium I think.
