Do these correspond to a specific coinfection? I have noticed a three week cycle of night sweats difficulty breathing increased muscle twitching and having to get up to pee at night.
Tthese symptoms had subsided for the past few weeks.

Night sweats and shortness of breath are hallmark symptoms of Babesiosis. Are you treating it?

Not yet. Llmd thought babs. Have just begun treatment I think this is the first time this cluster of symptoms has become clear to me
