Has anyone used Hyaluronic acid for their knee pain and did it help?
Does it just help with pain or does it help to repair your knees also?

I've been taking a liquid HA for years, but quit because I wasn't sure it was working and was spending too much on supplements.

About 3 months off of it, I went to a hand surgeon because two of the joints of my finger were so painful.

I started wondering if it was due to the fact I stopped HA, so started again and thankfully the pain went away totally. So it must actually repair the joint.

Before the liquid I'm on now, I had tried capsules which are made from rooster combs. That actually made all my joints ache so I must be "allergic' to it.
