I did it for quite some time and yes, it really helped me a lot.

I have trouble detoxing and always seem constipated and some of the meds would make it even worse, so it worked great for me.

By all means, do colonics. Two in a row, ever so often. It served me very well to get rid of Lyme and toxins.

Colonics also hydrate the colon so toxins can easily pass.

It doesn't matter how much water you drink, the colon is always dehydrated

Can't recommend colonics enough
