Does anybody know how accurate testing for FL1953 is? I am in my 4th week of a low fat and low carb diet and it's hard. I am thinking about spending the money to get tested for FL1953 before I keep torturing myself with cutting out fat.

I don't know how accurate the test is. I failed it, yet feel better when I cut the fat (pain goes away). Are you feeling any better? I think it took me about a month before I noticed a difference (maybe longer).

I don't know how accurate the test is either. If you have them look at your blood and photograph it, that would be very accurate.
I have been on the diet for a year and am off all ABX, doing pretty well. If I cheat too much I get symptoms back.
You do not need to be low carb because whole grains are good for you, like brown rice quinoa etc. It can be hard to get adjusted to it but you get used to it. I don't like oily food any more but I do miss such things as nuts and avocado.

If you feel better on the low fat diet, I bet that would be pretty telling.
I do not feel any difference whatsoever. So hopefully that means I do not have the bug.

I did the test, it comes back with colored pictures of what was seen/captured.
Mine had very little, deemed low positive, but it was there. I don't do the low vegan type of diet.
I did work on biofilms, and parasites, including Ivermection, Alinia, etc.
