could anyone advise me on what is best to eat before taking above.

This morning i had to try really hard not to throw up

2002 EBV, 2009 Positive Igenex Borellia and Babesia, Brain mri severe white matter disease
Monoclonal Gammopathy. On and off antibiotics since sept. March 9 started iv antibiotics

Arteminisin should be taken on an empty stomach.

Eat something with fat with the mepron. Try nut buter, eggs or breakfast right after, piece of cheese. You must eat something with fat in it or the mepron won't be absorbed.

Oh I did not know so I should take them separate. I also take ceftin and azithro all at the same time after I have eaten. Looks like I am doing ot all wrong

Avocado on brown rice cake w/tbsp. of olive oil was my go to mepron food.

i space out art away from everything else. I take all abx after eating a meal and make sure I have something with fat for the mepron.

I take my mepron with a spoonful of almond butter
