When your liver is not functioning correctly and/or over burdened then you can have a host of symptoms.
I think everyones body will have its owne sort of reaction to toxin overload. With this stuff it is really hard to tell.
Have you had bloodwork recently? Pretty simple way to know if your liver e.'s are high.....

Yes I just had my liver tested on Monday and it was a bit high. Should I back off of everything for now, even detoxing makes me feel worse

- I tend to think that when someone says they are "detoxing" that might be too aggressive. I have never liked that term for that reason. But definitions can vary, of course.
I'm more for liver "support" on a steady basis.
If "detoxing" makes you feel worse, IMO, that's likely too aggressive and not as supportive as I think is the best way to go.
Your doctor should be the best one to guide you next step. I suggest going over the liver support links set to be sure you have the basics covered. -
