more metal in me???
i guess they put it in after removing a lump in case the lump was cancer so it is easy to find the spot again
i just found out they do this...they told me...didnt ask me. my fake knees dont seem to bother me.
i got rid of amalgams and dont test high in metals now...feel different too. do you think it will hurt me?
it happens tomorrow morning at 9...so probably too late...but speak up if you had it done!!!

I have a titanium tooth implant. A root canal failed and the tooth cracked. Had it pulled (it was full of infection!) and got the implant after it healed.
I've had it for over 10 years. No problems. Doesn't even set off the metal detector at the airport.

I had a cranioplasty 7 weeks ago. NS inserted a titanium plate to the back of my skull at the posterior fossa region. Part two of a previous surgery.
I tested ahead of time for titanium allergy and was not allergic. So far so good with the titanium plate. My understanding is that medical grade titanium does not leak into your system and is very safe....so "they" say.
