I am helping a young lady with her cost of lyme treatment. She is going to a clinic that is pretty well known in our area but they want to do calcium based EDTA claiming it breaks down the membrane or possibly the cyst form of spirochetes. I want to make sure our healthcare dollars are wisely spent. Anybody ever heard of this?

I have heard that EDTA can work on biofilm. They want to do this IV vs. by mouth?
