I feel like these days are going by so slow. Still won't see the doctor for a month. I feel like I wake up everyday with a new symptom.
I feel so lost and that I keep getting worse and worse. Who knows how I'll feel in a month.
I have seriously considered buy doxycycline online. What are everyones thoughts on this?

Do not buy doxy online. Wait for your LLMD appointment. Doxy may not be the right abx for you. It's the summer also-super high chance of chemical doxy burn. Doxy will drive some of the spirochetes into cyst form anyways.
Hang in there, Ook. I know things are getting bad.
What are your worst symptoms? The ones that bother you the most? Maybe we can help you cope with those symptoms until you see your LLMD.
I feel so badly for you. The wait before the first appointment is the worst.

Also, some days I feel pretty good. And thats so hard because I know the next day I'll be back to feeling awful.
I also have 2 young children (ones 5 and ones 5 months) and I just feel so badly for them because I can't do anything some days.

If I were you, I'd be making some changes in my lifestyle to help:
Avoid artificial ingredients in foods, avoid sugar and gluten. Eat more whole foods - fresh veggies, nuts/seeds, etc. And organic is best so you can avoid GMO's.
Start a detox routine. Sipping fresh-squeezed lemon water, soaking feet or body in Epsom salts/warm water, dry skin brushing, etc., are all good ways to help reduce the toxin load on your body.
Try some herbs that are known to support good immunity and may kill some pathogens: Garlic, Oregano, thyme, cinnamon (use the real sticks to make tea, don't rely on the powdered type from the spice aisle as it may be fake), Grapefruit Seed Extract, etc. Can make tea from numerous herbs.
Ginger and turmeric are natural anti-inflammatories that may help with pain management. Stinging Nettle leaf can help with joint pain, and prevent joint damage from Lyme (according to Buhner).
Gentle non-aerobic exercise is also very healthy if you can manage it. Not every day, but maybe 3 times a week for a few minutes to start, do something like stretching, tai chi, yoga, or pilates. Even just deep breathing can be enough to start.
Try a probiotic, to help boost the population of "friendlies" in your gut in preparation for possible antibiotics later. This has the added benefit of supporting your immune system.
Make sure you make time for enough sleep and rest/relaxation. This is important for stress management, thus for supporting your immune system.
Might also consider taking a general multi-vitamin/mineral supplement, with extra Vitamin B12. The nutrients Lyme depletes from your body need to be replaced.
There are many other things one can do - essential oils, homeopathy, herbs, etc. but most of them require guidance from someone with training in how to use them for Lyme/chronic stealth infections.
Don't have to do everything I've posted here all at once... Start with one thing and see how you do, then add another, etc.
Listen to your body - when something doesn't feel like the right thing to be doing, stop and do something different.
