I recently switched to a.m. dosing for my LDN.

I read an article saying it wasn't endorphins that were being affected, but something else (can't remember what) and therefore you can take it at anytime and it will be effective.

I switched, because I never got over the insomnia LDN caused.

I have been feeling very, very fatigued. I haven't felt this bad in a long time. First, I thought it was from decorating and preparing dishes for Thanksgiving.

Now, I am wondering if it is switching LDN to the a.m.

Has anybody ever heard of switching causing fatigue?

Thanks,
j_liz

Or maybe it's the B Plus with methyl? My niece says it makes her sleepy.

Dr. Zagon, who does research at Penn State and has studied LDN for decades, says it doesn't matter what time of day you take it. He is quoted in the book The Promise of Low Dose Naltrexone. -So it should not affect your energy or make you tired.

I know there are still people out there insisting Dr. Bahari (SP) was the only one who knew anything about LDN and the LDN website quotes mainly his views - but Dr. Zagon actually conducted a study. I take it in the morning.

I agree if you are taking methyl B12 and methyl folate in the morning that can make you tired. It is best to take those at night.

I have always heard the opposite.
