I have only been taking Lumbrokinase thus far, but would like to put the others to work too. Perhaps taking them together is a good thing... I don't know. Figured I should check around for known issues first though.
The specific ones I have are: Lumbrokinase- Boluoke by Canada RNA Serrapeptase- Serretia Wobenzym- Wobenzym PS by MUCOS Pharma

You don't need all three of those proteolytic enzymes. If you have all those, you can alternate days to take them. Or you could take one in the am and a different one in the pm.
I have used all three of those and prefer the Boluoke by Researched Nutritional.

It does sound like that would be too much of a good thing.

As with everything tickborne related -- a lot depends on the dose and the person.
Hubby took both lumbrokinase (2 pills 3 times daily I think-- allergy research brand I think it was) and wobenzyme (5 or maybe 7 pills once per day if I remember correctly.) For him he could tell the difference between 4 and 6 lumbrokinase daily.
Just add one new thing at a time and increase slowly -- the first time hubby took wobenzyme he was told to take a large dose 3 times daily and was new to treatment and didn't know any better. He had had no antibiotics and 2 days later ended up in the hospital unconscious for 15 hours and with elevated protein in his spinal fluid per a spinal tap. He did end up getting a positive IGeneX PCR test for lyme which was the only good thing about the whole experience.
I have written about this many times over the years -- think the suggested dose based on muscle testing was 10 or 15 pills 3 times daily.
Note -- larger doses of wobenzyme seemed to aggravate hubby's stomach -- especially prior to bart treatment.

Ive been taking 3 different enzyme products at one time.
Serrapeptase 90,000 iu twice a day Marcozyme 4 pills two times a day (in the beginning 3 x day) Nattokinase 1500 iu twice a day
How you will respond to it will depend on the load of pathogens you are carrying and how many cysts you have and how much biofilm you have developed.
All of the above will either break down biofilm or break cysts. When those cysts break you better be ready to deal with the result. Have a strong antimicrobial in your system one hour after taking them to kill the lyme that comes out of the broken cyst. So that means taking your antimicrobial one hour after the enzymes. I use colloidal silver.
I cant say for sure but if your pathogen load is very high you may want to start with just once a day, or even every other day to see how it goes for you.
Nattokinase is good a breaking down biofilm which is where lyme can hide. Its also good for lots of other issues, but especially for keeping the blood free flowing
serrapeptase I believe can break open cysts too but it also rotor rooters your blood vessels and keeps them flexible.
To do the lyme killing it is not necessary to take any more than what I have listed. My doc has confirmed this many times... 4 to 5 marcozymes work across the board according to him. Last time he looked at my blood no lyme and no cysts were seen, and I felt much better but there was still some candida biofilm, although reduced.
He has also said that wobenzyme works, but he doens't use it for lyme. Ive heard reports that it doesnt work that great for lyme so I dont know for sure.
More may not be better, just a waste of money. What counts is keeping up on it long term and to always be on some kind of antimicrobial when you use them.

Sounds logical to me! It's kind of a bummer to think about the need for antimicrobials long-term with these enzymes. Many of the purported benefits of Serrapeptase & Wobenzyme are appealing to me for reasons completely unrelated to Lyme & co. I was hopeful to use these standalone down the road, but your comment gives me pause due to potential immune stress of busted cysts.
