The instructions say to stop abxs, anti-fungals, & probiotics for 2 weeks before taking the stool sample. Has anyone done this while on abx?

Hubby always just continued with whatever treatment he was on including probiotics. His tests always showed a need for additional probiotics and different indicators of unbalanced bacteria anyway. Personally I think if you want to find out if what you are taking is working then I would continue with your current supplements and probiotics. What lab are you using? Bea Seibert

canefan, That is a decent test. The info it provides is pretty good. But it can easily miss actual parasites. If charcot leydon crystals show up then you know you have parasites even if the test does not detect them. Bea Seibert
