I've been feeling better recently however this thing happens that used to happen a long time ago and it was what made me start researching lyme before my positive test.
Last night I was walking into my house after work and I started to feel funny. I got into bed and couldn't settle down to go to sleep then my chest got tight, I felt weak, and my heart started beating hard. Not fast but hard and it was hard to breathe. It was almost like an anxiety attack without the psychological aspects of it because I had a clear head and was in control.
I took some ReMag and eventually fell asleep.
Why does this happen? It hasn't happened in so long and decided to when Im feeling better. I know it wasn't a heart attack because I'm 23 and had EKGs when this used to happen a year ago.

Look up what the autonomic nervous system does, then imagine how lyme can mess it up.

It shouldn't have to do with mag deficiency lymetoo. I take remag and other suppliments with magnesium in them daily so I hope not. I spend a lot of time and money on suppliments trying cover all of those bases.

On a more optimistic note, sometimes healing can take place in a "reverse order" of symptoms. In other words, the first symptoms you acquire may be the last ones to reveal themselves again, and leave.
This pattern is recognized in Homeopathy, and I experienced it myself with mHBOT.
Hopefully this will be the case with you as well.

Just curious - would this have anything to do with changing your position, like lying down? If you want to test it, try falling asleep sitting up at your desk one night and see if you get any symptoms.
Also, see if you can affect the reaction when it starts by taking lots of slow deep breaths with calming thoughts.
