I think anyone can get parasites from pork. I don't know how common or uncommon it is. One would think it's uncommon as long as properly cooked, but I don't know.

Not sure what you mean by subject to parasite infections. Anyone can get a parasite infection. I too would guess well-cooked is ok, but I'm not a doctor.

I just read that it needs to be at least 160 degrees F.
my husband cooked some yesterday.. I doo not eat it. I had the parastie once from it. forget the name... trich- something?
